Parmesan Curry Dressing
1/2-cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2-cup buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon capers
1/8 teaspoon curry
1. In a blender or food processor blend all ingredients. Chill or serve immediately over green salad.
Makes about 1 cup.
